HireEffect is job-search coaching firm specializing in reverse-engineering the recruitment process and helping executives leverage social media to enhance their networking efforts. The company was founded by Jennifer Scott in 2007. Jennifer personally coaches clients in the use of critically important tools to strengthen their online presence and manage their digital reputation.
